A note to Parents

Parents,

Please try to pick your athlete up on time.  Just about EVERY practice we have athletes waiting for up to an hour to be picked up.  There is an activity bus on Tuesday's and Thursday's that leaves at 4:15, if your child is not riding the bus, they need to be picked up on time. 

Also, at meets we ask that you not sign your athlete out until the meet is over.  We are a team and encourage everyone to stay until the end and cheer on those in the last few events.  I know some of you have made previous arrangements with me to leave early, and I understand that, but please, the rest of you, wait until the meet is over.  If you do take your child home with you, even after the meet is over, you NEED to sign them out.  We are responsible for your child and panic when we do role call on the bus, and they don't answer and are NOT signed out by a parent.  We don't answer our phones or texts during the meet.  I will post on FB and text parents when the meet is over and an approximate time for them to get picked up.

T-shirts and sweatshirts should be in next week.  If you have not paid for yours yet, please do so ASAP.  Make checks payable to Mindy Brown.  I will be paying for the shirts myself.  T-shirts are $12 and sweatshirts are $20.  They will not be handed out, until they are paid for.

We appreciate your help and understanding and really enjoy working with your kids.  We have a REALLY great group this year and can't believe there is only a couple weeks left.
